At Great Lakes Backyard Rentals, we strive to provide exceptional service while ensuring fairness and availability for all of our customers. Due to high demand and frequent bookings, please note that inquiring about rental items does not reserve them. We are a fast-booking company, and inventory is secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Items are only guaranteed once a deposit has been received. Until a deposit is made, requested items remain available to other customers who may choose to reserve them. To avoid missing out, we strongly encourage placing a deposit as soon as you’ve decided on your rental selections, as availability can change quickly. All rentals will require a signed contract prior to pickup of items.
